PLANS OF STUDY

First Year/Juniors (started: 2011-2012)

PLAN OF STUDY DUE NOVEMBER 1

  • The plan of study for juniors is electronic and available below.
  • Save the plan to your computer and fill out the form electronically.
  • Your PeopleSoft degree progress report shows how you are meeting general education and other requirements.
  • Look at your program guidelines to find out which semester you will be taking a particular course (you must list a date for each course on the plan, eg. F’11 for a fall 2011 course).
  • If you need to change a course on the plan (some course names/numbers are embedded in document) make the correction after you have printed out the copy. For example, if you are using a transfer course to satisfy a major requirement, it may have a different number.
  • Once the plan is completed, print out a copy.
  • Sign and date the form and have your faculty advisor sign (optional).
  • Bring THREE copies of the plan along with ONE copy of your unofficial transcript to Gentry 303 by November 1.

These forms require Microsoft Word or a compatible word processing program. Click on your area of concentration to download the form.
