The clinic and student teaching experiences are pivotal components of Neag
School of Education’s Teacher Education Program. We wish to take out
the mystery to the process of how IB/M and TCPCG teaching candidates are assessed.
The evaluation form which is used may be dependent upon the component (IB/M
vs. TCPCG), the field, semester, and year of their clinic/student teaching
experience. As an applicant, student candidate, cooperating/clinic teacher,
school/district supervisor, university supervisor, advisor, and other stakeholder,

you can access the model evaluation forms which are used throughout this program.
All questions about the contents can be addressed by seminar leaders and/or

Junior Year (IB/M only)
Due date: April 30, 2012
Sample evaluation form
The clinic teacher completes the evaluation forms. Within one week after the due date, a PDF of the completed form will be distributed to respective student, clinic teacher, seminar leader, advisor, and the Teacher Education Office.
Senior Year (IB/M only)
The clinic teacher completes the evaluation forms. Within one week after the due date, a PDF of the completed form will be distributed to respective student, clinic teacher, seminar leader, advisor, and the Teacher Education Office.
Student Teaching (IB/M and TCPCG)
Due date for TCPCG: December 8, 2011
Due date for IB/M: March 22, 2012 and April 27, 2012

Internship (IB/M and TCPCG)
Due dates for IB/M: November 2011 and April 27, 2012
Due date for TCPCG: April 27, 2012

The school internship supervisor (for IB/M) or the EDCI 5830 Instructor (for TCPCG) completes the evaluation form. Within one week after the due date, a PDF of the completed form will be distributed to the respective student, school supervisor (IB/M only), seminar leader, advisor, and the Teacher Education Office.
