NEAG SCHOOL VETERANS FUND SCHOLARSHIP

Description of Award:

This award was created by the Dean’s Advisory Board for students who are either United States services members or veterans who have served in Afghanistan or Iraq. The funds, which may be used for tuition, course materials and other educational expenses, are also available to their family members if enrolled in the Neag School of Education.

Award Parameters:
• A student enrolled in the Neag School of Education, who is an active service member serving in Afghanistan or Iraq; or
• A student enrolled full-time in the Neag School of Education, who is the dependant of an active service member serving in Afghanistan or Iraq; or
• A student enrolled full-time in the Neag School of Education, who is a veteran and served in Afghanistan or Iraq; or
• A student enrolled full-time in the Neag School of Education, who is the dependant of a veteran who has served in Afghanistan or Iraq.
