Dr. Joseph Renzulli, the Raymond and Lynn Neag Chair for Gifted Education and Talent Development and director of the National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented, has been selected by the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children to receive the A. Harry Passow International Leadership Award.
