Doctor of Physical Therapy

NEW APPLICATION DEADLINE:  Review of applications for admission will begin annually on November 15th with classes beginning in May of the following year.  The deadline for submitting application is January 15th and all applications received after will not be considered.

Applicants are asked to:

1. Complete the Online Application to the Graduate School.

2. Complete the Supplemental Application to the Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

3. Submit the following materials, in one completed packet, to the Graduate School by January 15th:

• Official transcripts of all collegiate work completed to date
• Three letters of reference
• Two Professional Recommendations using the provided form in the supplemental application.
• A Personal statement
• CT Residence Affidavit
• GRE scores.
• TOEFL (international students)
• A resume of not more than two pages.
