Jon Rizzo received a B.S. in Sport Science/Athletic Training in 1998 from the University of Connecticut. He then continued his education at UConn, earning an additional B.S. in Allied Health as well as an M.S. in Physical Therapy in 2001 and 2002 respectively. He is employed by Nayden Rehabilitation as a physical therapist and clinical instructor in the physical therapy program. He also participates in the athletic training program with guest lectures and clinical instruction of athletic training students. His clinical interests include out-patient orthopaedic rehabilitation and sport medicine. Jon became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by National Strength and Conditioning Association in November of 2006.
