Morgan Hills is a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of clinical and management experience. He has managed clinical operations in multiple rehabilitation settings, including acute rehab, outpatient/sports medicine and home health care. He received a BS in PE-Athletic Training from CCSU in 1988. He then received his degree in physical therapy at the University of Connecticut, where he was an Honors Scholar. Mr. Hills received an MBA from the University of Hartford in 2001. He is board certified in healthcare management from the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was a certified athletic trainer from 1988 until 1997. His areas of interest are in evidence-based practice, performance improvement and the use of computerized information systems for clinical operations
