Counseling

The Counseling Program offers three graduate-level programs: the program in school counselor education leading to a Master of Arts degree in Education, the program in school counselor education leading to a Sixth-Year Diploma, and the program in school counselor education leading to a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology. All programs in Counseling emphasize culture and gender issues, and a sensitivity to the needs of special populations.

 

 

 

   


The Master of Arts program in School Counseling recently received accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs.
