Bilingual - Multicultural Education

Doctoral Program

The Ph.D. program allows students to develop expertise in the field of bilingual-multicultural Education. In addition to their major program area, doctoral students are required to select two minors from areas of study that may include: administration, elementary education, special education, secondary education, linguistics, anthropology, among others. These areas are identified by the student with the advisor.

Doctoral students develop research skills through course work and field experiences which support successful completion of the dissertation.
