Directions to UConn Rome Commons Ballroom, Rome Hall, South Campus

From the WEST (Hartford, Western CT & New York): Take I-84 East to Exit 68 and turn right off the exit ramp onto Route 195 South. Follow signs to UConn, passing through the intersection of Route 32, then through the intersection of Route 44. At the first major intersection on campus (North Eagleville Road & Route 195), you will see the Storrs Congregational Church (a brick church with white trim) on your right. Counting this light, stay straight until the 4th light. (You will pass Mirror Lake on your right.) Take a right at this light onto Mansfield Road. Take the first left onto Coventry Road.

From the EAST (Providence): Take Route 6 West to Route 195 North. Travel approximately 7 miles on Route 195. Counting from the light at the intersection of Routes 195 & 275 (South Eagleville Road), stay straight until the 4th light, where you will see Mirror Lake ahead on your left. Turn left at this light onto Mansfield Road. Take the first left onto Coventry Road.

From the EAST (Boston & Eastern MA): Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to I-84 West. Follow I-84 to Exit 68. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Route 195 South. Follow the directions from the WEST.

From the SOUTH (Southeastern CT & the Eastern Shoreline): Take I-95 North to I-395 North. Take Exit 81 West, connecting to Route 32 North. Follow Route 32 North to Willimantic. (Upon entering Willimantic, you will see a large bridge on your right.) Go right onto the bridge, staying straight after passing through the light at the opposite end. You will be on Jackson Street. Go through 3 lights. The third light intersects with Route 195. Follow Route 195 North for approximately 8 miles to the UConn campus. Counting from the light at the intersection of Route 195 & 275 (South Eagleville Road), stay straight until the 4th light, where you will see Mirror Lake ahead on your left. Turn left at this light onto Mansfield Road. Take the first left onto Coventry Road.

 

Conference Parking

Following the above directions, there will be a large parking lot on your right. The designated parking area is indicated in blue on the below map (S - Lot). The large black arrow is pointing to Lewis B. Rome Commons (ROME) where registration will be held. Volunteers will be stationed at the S-Lot to hand out parking passes to attendees.

From Bradley International Airport: Take CT-Route 20 East to I-91 South (HARTFORD). Take I-291 East to I-84 East (BOSTON). Take Exit No. 68, CT-195 South. Take a right onto 195 South and follow it straight to the University of Connecticut. Take a right onto Mansfield Road (Look for a large pond on your right. Mansfield Road is at the next set of lights.) At the first stop sign, go left onto Gilbert Road. Go left onto Gilbert Extension. The Nathan Hale Inn is straight ahead.
