Assuring Equal Academic Access for College Students with Learning Disabilities
This three-year project, involving Drs. Joan McGuire, Sally Scott and Stan Shaw , seeks to empower faculty with skills and supports necessary to provide a quality education to students with cognitive disabilities. With a federal grant of just under $1 million, represents a new approach shaped by two concepts: Universal Design for Instruction and faculty development.
